IET Computer Rooms

Duties:

All duties expected of Computer Room Consultant Senior and the following:

• Serve as the primary student liaison between faculty, staff and lab managers
• Ensure that the computer classroom or lab is properly maintained by Computer Room Consultants
• Assist Lab Managers in the supervision of Computer Room Consultants
• Evaluate the facility and determines needs and/or changes
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly classroom or lab environment at all times
• Review and implement policy and/or procedural changes for the IET computer classroom
• Serve as a liaison between the managers and Computer Room Consultants
• Responsible for providing initial training for new Computer Room Consultants and ongoing training for current Computer Room Consultants
• Responsible for scheduling Computer Room Consultants shifts to ensure all open classroom or lab hours are covered

• Must have good leadership skills
